What role does athlete ownership play in development?

We provide athletes with the training, instruction, and opportunities they need to improve. However, lasting success requires the athlete to take ownership.

Coaches can explain the workout, establish expectations, and encourage the athlete. We cannot manufacture motivation or force someone to train consistently outside the season.

The best growth occurs when athletes begin connecting their daily choices—sleep, nutrition, effort, recovery, and consistency—to their results.
