What time does practice end?

As a general rule, JV practice ends between 5:00 and 5:15 p.m. Varsity practice can fluctuate more but is generally finished by 5:30 p.m.

Before running, the team meets to discuss that day’s workout, explain its purpose, and connect it to the athletes’ customized training zones. This meeting is part of practice and helps athletes understand why they are completing the assigned training.

Workout length, location, weather, and team discussions can occasionally affect the ending time. We will communicate significant changes whenever possible.
